FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Answers to what owners of pubs, spas, salons and tattoo studios ask us.
How much does a website for a venue cost?
Websites from £950, automation from £450, online store from £2200, care after launch from £95/mo. These are starting prices, and we give the exact figure after the survey.
How long does a website take?
Usually 2–5 weeks, depending on scope (a brochure site vs a larger build). A simple automation goes live in 3–7 days.
Do I have to pay upfront?
No. You pay only after the mockup is approved, so you never pay for something you have not seen.
Is it a ready-made template or WordPress?
No. We design the site from scratch for your brand and write the code in Next.js, with no templates, WordPress or page builders.
Will I own the code?
Yes. The code is yours and you can move it anywhere. If you buy the site outright you also get a guide for running it yourself.
Will the site work well on a phone?
Yes. We design it for phones first, because most guests look up a venue there, and we keep loading fast.
Can you add online bookings and guest reminders?
Yes. We build sites with bookings, and set up reminders and notifications as automation on the tools you already use (Make, n8n or a direct integration).
What happens after the site goes live?
You can take care from £95/mo, with no fixed-term contract and cancellation in any month. Or you can take over the site outright, and later changes are quoted one by one.
What kinds of venue do you build for?
Mainly pubs, spas, beauty salons and tattoo studios. We also work with other service venues that need a site with bookings.
How do I start?
Fill in the survey (about 2 minutes). We reply with a quote within 24 hours, with no phone calls unless you prefer to talk.
